Went into town today. 
The centre of Leicester is not the nicest of places to be.
Such a pity as it has some fabulous buildings and interesting history... yeah
It also has its fair share of drunks who are very fond of shouting and swearing (loudly), at each other.
Having just read Salt Path I get it that each street dweller has their own 
story to tell... but that didn't stop me from wanting to put a fair bit of distance between myself and them. :(
Came home, wrapped Oddie's presents and finally buried my head in the wonderful world of wildflowers....
