Fallen

I just had a short walk out today, although it's nice out with lovely blue skies. I am marking essays all day so needed a bit of fresh air, but didn't go very far. I loved these leaves and the different colours and shapes and lines.

Just after this I went to change the lens on my camera and had a butterfingers moment and dropped one of them. Luckily for me, it didn't land on the concrete path but on the grass, so nothing smashed (phew), but it did roll into a pile of wet leaves and got water on all the glass (external and internal). So I have got it drying out at the moment and will try it later and hopefully I've not ruined it. I'm so cross with myself.

And now I'm back to the essays again.
