Don't go out in the rain, dear

Excellent day's training from a most enagaging speaker on coping with and managing organisational change. Learnt lots of good tips that gave me due cause to consider my exisiting practice but also how I might change and adapt my behaviours and develop in my role supporting others through change.

Great stuff. Weather still wet and overcast, however managed out for a brisk walk to get some fresh air before dinner and more chat networking.
