Stained glass

I did photograph more tulips today but I thought I would spare blip another version of the theme.  At lunchtime I ended up in a local church cafe and there is a rather lovely new decorative window, so this is a section of it.  

Why do I like tulips?  I think they have a sculptural form which works really well in black and white.  The way they wither is fascinating because they continue to look graceful even when they are falling apart, something I wish I could achieve!  The colours also become more subtle, and depending on the variety, you can see the details on the petals more clearly as they fade.
