A different set of eyes

The Eyes have it this week for the wbc theme.  A possible entry.
Our neighbour who is the area leader for the island Emergency Program asked me if I could fill in as the alternate area leader when he's away and be responsible for notifying the people in our area of emergency or weather situations.  I have a meeting this afternoon to sign a form and get information, so I'm blipping earlier than usual today.
