They Fit !

My dear pal Cal, who's been so supportive of me while I've been in hospital extracting myself from Depressions grip. She met me at the Julian hospital this afternoon for my discharge meeting with a  whole gang of folk. I'd taken my camera and tri to do a group photo, but I'd totally run out of steam come the moment. Cal kindly bought me home for tea and cake. My good ( very expensive ) Gaitline sandals will no longer stay on my foot dropped foot. So I'm glad they are a perfect fit on her.
The outcome of our meeting was positive : I'm technically on leave, so I may still phone the ward  staff if needed. I'm unlikely to, but it is reassuring to have that option.
