Flat out for summer

Another beautiful sunny day here again - and quite a few people were taking advantage of the opportunity to soak up the rays, even though there was quite a sneaky wind in many places.

I'm now suffering some of the effects of Mr A's cold/infection, with a bit of a sore throat, a bit of a snotty head, and a bit of a chesty wheeze. But my limbs aren't hurting so much any more. That must have been the infection setting in. And Mr A was feeling much better today.

So while I didn't add any extra exercise onto my pilates class, I did go along to it, and went for a walk afterwards to get a fair number of steps in.

The rest of the day was spent writing stuff.
