A foggy sunrise

Woke this morning to pretty dense fog. Street lights only 500 m away were mostly unseen. By the time I'd finished breakfast and made my lunch, it was much lighter, and I decided it was safe enough to ride my bike through K Road, which is where sunstrike can occur and the road is narrower. Before I even got to the Ponsonby Road corner, I saw the sun, newly risen and dulled by the fog. It was a lovely sight with the polarising effect of my sunglasses. This is still pretty good using the Canon, and no polarisation.
