Ouch!

This is one heel - the other is the same. 12 days ago I completed a 22 mile walk to raise money for a defibrillator in our village and managed to get these beauties. They’ve been covered up since then, but my skin’s starting to react with the dressing. So they are now open to the elements, drying out, cracking when I walk and are painful again.
Oh well. It was in a good cause.
