Horses, dogs, bikes, pain and curry.

A really lovely ride out on Mardy Arse this morning, just walking as she is coming out of a week of field rest. But she was incredibly relaxed and a pleasure to ride.

Next stop Evie beach for a walk of the dogs. We had the whole beach at low tide to ourselves and it was glorious.

Back home I was keen to get out on the road bicycle...even as painful as my sit bones are. I managed a 10 mile loop which i was glad to see the end of. I know I can do many more miles than that but the pain is just unbearable. However, the only way is to push on and keep punishing myself, one day soon the pain will subside.

Anyway...enough about my bum. Myself and Gorgeous are just off out for curry with P&R. Nom nom nom.
