Today started with assembly with the excellent children and staff of St Mary's Shenfield. I've been visiting the school for about 10 years and always look forward to spending time with children who are engaged, engaging and articulate. After my bit today two Y6 children reported back to the school on what they had learned and what they would do as a result of the assembly, they were fantastic! And then on to two meetings with colleagues pictured, one on listening to children ..... looks like we're gaining some traction on this one, and the second on recognition and authorisation of workers. So a full day today, and St Mary's Shenfield is an excellent school with excellent staff and excellent children - a great way to start any day.
