Iris

I love the symmetry of an Iris. I took this photo with the macro lens on a tripod with a remote button to try and get the whole flower sharp. I'm really trying to get sharper flower photos. 

A lovely day, it started with pilates then went to school for reading. There was a school mass as its Ascension Thursday and today is my mum's 12th anniversary.  Matt brought Sahara over for tea his first solo outing with her. We had a lovely time although she was sick all down my back!
