Cheats croissants

My blips are the wrong way round due to me posting the beer photo after midnight yesterday.... so the croissants are from 10th May. As it was a public holiday, I decided to treat M. To semi homemade croissants. These can in a can, and I had to unroll and shape (see extra) a little more complicated than it would seem. The end result was acceptable, not as good as the proper ones I learned to make on a baking course last year.
Unfortunately A rainy day, so outside time was limited.
