Cheeky cheat

Took this yesterday but not taken any today - had kids all day as Sam not well - was all good till I started getting stomach cramps and ended up lying down on the toilet floor in under pressure espresso (much to Allegra’s delight who promptly joined me! - and offered to kiss my tummy better - I accepted!). Anyhow, all fine now - we ordered tea in as both not feeling great and all we could do to look after kids and get them to bed! Am feeling better now, not sure what that was all about!
