Washington Park Arboretum
Went for a walk with friends to the arboretum this morning. It's the perfect time of year to go since some of camellias are still blooming, and the azaleas and rhodies are out in their full regalia. It was hard to pick a photo but I ended up with what I think is a dogwood tree, which has a flower that looks like a white leaf. I also included one of the rhododendrons in a really lovely color. There were rhodies in various shades of white, yellow, pink, red, orange, and purple. Lots of different wildflowers too, even a type of columbine in a deep blue-purple color.
These were taken with my iPhone so I might have to go back tomorrow with my actual camera.
