Abbey Barn and Haywain

A visit to The Somerset Rural Life Museum in Glastonbury is well worth it for young and old alike.
The old farmhouse has been presented beautifully and the farm buildings, including this fantastic 14th Century Abbey barn, have been sympathetically restored. There are several varieties of chickens pottering about the farm adding authenticity.

The cafe was good value for money - delicious cake!!
