The end of the day

Another grand subset this evening. I didn't manage a walk tonight although I probably would have felt the benefit of it. Another horrible day at work. 
The only plus side to my job is that I manage to achieve my 10,000 steps each day without having to try too hard. It is not a desk job and I am constantly on the move. As they say - every cloud has a silver lining!
