Loulé Velho Beach

Just to the east of Quarteira is this magnificient beach. It seems to stretch away for ever. The Atlantic Ocean in early May is not particularly warm but walking on the edge of the surf, up to knee deep in the sea, was fine.
I wonder how this beach will look in the high season? Obviously not this empty but if my experience is anything to go by a good walk will leave the crowds behind.
