Waiting to Waste
Waiting our turn at the hazardous waste station.
We took a load to the dump this morning, barely half a load.
Our neighbors moved away day before yesterday and toward the end of their packing it became clear they were out of room, out of time, and out of options, so I parked our truck over there so they could load it up with trash and recycling.
They only filled it half full; we added what we could find, but it was still a scant load; yet it was in the truck and it needed to get gone, so we made the trip across the river to the transfer
station.
Today was my first Pilates class with a new teacher; the old teacher was the person who moved away. I think I'm going to like the class. It's a nice 15 or 20 minute walk from home, just a few blocks beyond the New Seasons.
