Didn’t get to sleep until 5.30 then up at 7 - plasterers here so no nap - felt surreal all day - woke up and had to sort bedroom - felt upset about mum - mike asked if I was having a ‘garden root’ moment

Kerina arrived for 3 course lunch with wine - but massage was mixed up

Lindsey and Evan over for coffee
Spent 4 hrs then on phone trying to sort family time and holidays - still didn’t sleep in evening til 12.30 - gonna make docs appt
