Tiwi cross

Spent the morning by the pool, then visited a R.C indigenous church. They are doing some wonderful things in their community. They had been given this lovely Tiwi cross. The sanctuary was an eclectic mix. If you view the photo in large, you may be able to see the portrait of the Madonna and child depicted as indigenous. I thought that was quite lovely.

Did some shopping for tourist trinkets, then had dinner with a lovely India family. Absolutely knackered now. Home tomorrow.
