Trim the lashes ! He who dares ???

I pass this shop on my way to our Friday cafe rendezvous ( yes a French word ! ) .
Well it specialises in hair extensions but I saw this advert for eyelashes !!! - perhaps they might be able to trim mine !!
I plucked up courage , entered and explained my predicament . They were a little confused at first but once they looked at my long eyelashes they understood and informed me that the lashes lady wasn’t in today :-(
Must be a first!!!
