Ullswater

My daughter and I are having a weekend away, in the Lake District, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.  We arrived this afternoon. This is the pier and Ullswater steamer. My mindfullness pictures this week is on water, and there is plenty of water in Ullswater. The lake is high at the moment, it laps close to the road, like a warning that water should never be taken for granted. An expanse of water like this can be dangerous if not respected.  It is relatively calm this evening; there is only a very light breeze.
