"Very nearly an armful!"?

In addition to my biennial "Telescope up the hinder-end" el Doctero decided he needed to gaze down from the top as an addition to literally up from the bottom. This plus several fingerfuls of life-juice. It's too hard, tending towards impossible to photo both arms simultaneously, or I would have done.
The poor lass took out quite a few fingersful from this side, before I dried up. ODD, considering I give the legendary "pint" 2-3 times every year; so she swapped sides to get the desired number of fingerfuls.

If this will suffice, I'm bound to wonder why the Vampire squad deem it necessary tostich on one about 2"X3", then top it with 1-2 of these "Roll your own cigarette tips with another 2 tapes over them?
