Backblip

Yep! It's official. There are babies in the bird box. They have been chirping away like mad. I went out to fill up the bird feeder and within a few minutes Dad was making use of it. At first I just saw a beak peeking out. I could see Dad watching from the bushes. I sat as still as I could in the conservatory and then I was rewarded with a series of photos. I was taking them through the window which had a bit of a glare on it so they needed a bit of processing.  

UPDATE: I've just read up about tree sparrows and discovered mum and dad have the same markings, unlike house sparrows, so this may be mum, I don't know.
