Pilau

My 9th wedding anniversary. This is pilau, East African style, which is always made on celebratory occasions. It tastes great, and has the often necessary advantage of making a little meat go a long way. I wish I'd set it out a little better.

A dreary, driech day, but at least it's Friday (again!) tomorrow.
