Too hot to run!

I’m loving this warm weather but I seriously can’t run in it! Today was week 2 of my parkrun 10 for 10 challenge. I met up with my friend Karen at Strathclyde Country Park for her first ever parkrun.

In theory I should have easily got a PB as it’s a flat and easy course. But I’m sleeping badly again and have been awake since 2am. Sleep deprivation combined with a hot day, brought me in a minute slower than my PB. I’ll go back though!

Hubbie took Ethan to his footie match while I was running. Ethan’s team have lost the last 3 matches they played but won today 6-3, with Ethan scoring 3 of the goals! So he was a happy boy today.
