Thursday: All Saints' Day

A day off work today for All Saints' Day.

We had heard that the cemetery was a sight to see as this was the main day for people going to pay their respects.

It was amazing.  We went in the evening when visitor numbers were at their height.  There must have been over 10,000 candles spread around the cemetery, and masses of people moving quietly around, just paying their respects.  It was an amazing sea of red and quiet.  An incredible sight!
