Romance is All in Strategy

 I have had a horrendous hand problem with week - Tendonitis On Thursday I had to give up completely and sit all day, doing NOTHING. 

I watched Outlander on Amazon for 5 hours.  Then I sat and slept in Cosmo Cottage.    Himself took me to the allotment for a walk round to ease my dementedness of not being able to do anything. 

i also hadn't been able to pick up my camera since last Sunday, the weight of it was just too much. 

I went back to work with splint on Friday, but it started to play up again, so today I was back to gentle effort  - and not picking stuff up. 

and now - 9pm the numbness and the pain has finally subsided.  And I was able to head on out camera in hand to snap the dying embers of the sun.    

So , so , very worth the effort. 

And thank you to himself, who has fetched and carried even more than normal for me. x x x
