Strawberry-Rhubarb Crumble
Marylee came home from the market today with the season's first rhubarb, and soon she had baked her first crumble since our return from Paris last month. Absolute scrumptious--especially with a modest scoop or two of vanilla ice cream to mitigate its tartness :) (She had already sampled it when I came with my camera.) A mostly rainy day, mitigated by petals in the extra, captured on our street (striking against the black).
N.B. I forgot to put up yesterday's extra of a white-breasted nuthatch--if you missed it it's been up since this morning.
