After following him through the wild woodland, clambering up cargo nets, crawling along glass bottom tunnels 10m above the first floor, slithering down slides, clambering over rocks, up hillsides and through dank caves I thought perhaps I could give the 'couch to 5 k' programme a miss this evening.
