Bright, on a dull day

Today we had our first official organised run on our Run Timaru Club, run callender. Today's run was the Watchless run where you estimate your time for either 5k or 10k and no form of timing device is allowed on the run including phones etc. Some very good estimates raging from 1.30 secs faster than predicted to 40 secs under. I estimated mine at 63.37.55 lol and was capable of running a little faster but chose to run with one of the ladies from my training squad, Mandy worked very hard and ran well, what great excitement when she crossed the line in 68 mins, went to give her a High Five and got a big sweaty hug instead
