Vespula vulgaris

I found this wasp crawling across my kitchen floor this morning  -  it must have been stocious because he was staggering a bit.  I managed a few blips before I released him to the rain!  If you scroll down this LINK you will see from the faces I have the right species Wasp.  I never realised there were so many species of the Wasp, or that they each had significant facial features.  Who'd a thunk it☺  For me a Wasp is a Wasp is a Wasp!  Hope you're all having a nice Sunday.
