Rain stops play

Started planting the veg garden yesterday with the promise of another sunny day today. But no! Heavy rain all day so far and no planting has been possible. At least the plants in place are getting a good soaking. So far, we have melons, courgettes, potatoes, cucumbers, peas, fennel and peppers planted up. Getting there. Let’s just hope it doesn’t snow ...
