Strange Water Use

We've been getting some strange water bills from one of the empty properties, Rancho in fact (featured in my Blips early this year). The unit has remained empty whilst we finish off a couple of other properties.

But we've been getting water bills that show that someone is using water. The property does not have a leak.

The first time we noticed it, I'd say a swimming pool size amount of water was used. (Several thousand gallons), then the water usage stopped, and then it started again.

Photo taken of the meter reading and we'll see what happens again. Otherwise, might have to install a hunting camera at the property.
