Goldcrest

Hard to tell it from this photo, but this little goldcrest spent pretty much all day casing the joint and flying at our windows (not making contact but flitting about and hovering like a hummingbird).  I think it might not be quite right in the head.  Very cute though!

I changed the bed this morning, then had a bit of a lazy one until lunchtime.  After lunch, Tim and I went for a long-ish walk down to Greenwich, along the river, and back.  The rest of the afternoon was pretty relaxed after that, punctuated by taking far too many photos, and even the odd video of this little nutter - followed by an evening of processing said photos (all a bit noisy thanks to having to crank up the ISO to compensate for a fast shutter speed).
