San Mames Stadium

This evening we saw the main rugby final. It was between Racing 92 (Paris) and Leinster (Dublin). Whereas yesterday's final was full of enterprising rugby and a tryfest, this was unfortunately a very cagey battle between two good sides with very well drilled defenses. Consequently, it was more of a slugfest with Leinster just about deserving to win. The atmosphere was fortunately excellent, as were the pintxos (Basque tapas), the company and the beers! O e of the stars of the day was the impressive Atletic Bilbao football stadium which was hosting the finals.

Oh, and also found time and took advantage to fit in some higher brow culture by visiting the Guggenheim.
