I ran the 5km up to Norland Moor again this morning and,  although I improved my times on a couple of stretches, my overall time was slower at 28 min 44 secs.

Booked a holiday.
Train down to London.
Just realised that I left my camera chargers in Wales last weekend!

A brisk walk around Westminster and along St George's Wharf to get in another 20,000 steps. Took this shot near the US Embassy at Nine Elms.
