Time for a wee rest
Such a beautiful day with the temperature reaching 18C. I had plans to work in the garden but it was just too hot to start wielding a spade. I pulled some weeds, attacked the dandelions and then called it a day!
I went up to the Heritage Park, briefly, to check for cygnets .... still none but there are now about 50 goslings scuttling about on the grass and among the stones. These two belong to one of the Canada Geese families.
It's such fun watching them running to keep up with mum and dad, then there's time for a brief rest before they're all on the move again down onto the water for a wee paddle about.
