Moral Dilemma

Arrived into assigned hotel room to discover an elaborate welcome cake and a hand written welcome letter welcoming back a silver elite member who wasn’t me...hmmm....query with reception or eat the cake and throw away the welcome letter ?
To my shame I ate the cake! Felt new stab of guilt later when room service arrived with a lovely cosmetics gift basket which was apparently my assigned welcome gift for the ‘single lady’.
