Water balloon

Upon my request, Joshua (my soldier friend) sent me a list of all 14 guys in his troop. Once I had all the names, Laura and I went out and bought a bunch of Valentine's day crap and we started making Valentines for each soldier. It took a long time so we're going to finish all of them tomorrow.

[Cook is the last name of one of the soldiers, and, yes, I used zeroes instead of o's. Don't tell anyone.]
