Contrasts.....

We have had a little more rain overnight. So I resisted a damp early walk. Maisie had to make do with a ride in our vehicle around town while I caught up on grocery shopping. This image was captured in one of the small garden plots in the New World supermarket car park. The biggest leaves belong to Marlborough Daisies. There are red oak leaves and some sort of attractive ground cover... unknown to me.
