Ruth

Met Harry today.
Ruth is a trustee for therapy dogs Nationwide, the charity I’m involved in and the one that Roo, Bean, Mimi etc worked/work for.
Just after Crufts Ruth who lives in Yorkshire had woke up not feeling well, she called an ambulance which called at her beautiful country house walked out to it, the paramedics gave her an ECG just at that point Ruth had a cardiac arrest.
The paramedics worked hard, breaking ribs but saved her life.
At this point air ambulance were called to fly her to the nearest cardiac hospital an hour and a half by ambulance 7 minutes by air..
Thank you everyone involved she’s such a lovely lady..and a great friend.

She’s doing great now.

Today Roo would’ve been 14.
