Handsome Devil

This male Muscovy Duck and his lovely mate (see *extra) were relaxing under the trees, waiting for me to take their photos, right by my parked car. I had been in the Home Depot buying a few more Caladiums (a girl can never have enough Caladiums) and thankfully I had a camera with me! To me he looks downright prehistoric! I just love his dark feathers hanging over his forehead, so rakish! She's just another pretty duck! After I snapped these photos, they got up, stretched their wings and sauntered across the street to the water catchment. Physical Therapy this morning, so I needed an easy blip! ;)
