The days pass...

Today was quite uneventful. In fact it was a bit quiet at work in the late afternoon. That's OK - a refreshing change.

Highlights - cycling to and from work, again.

The Teenager's mum came into the office briefly. I've been hearing about her for 6 months so it's nice to put a face to the name. She's Argentinian, but with an Italian passport. As the Hippie commented afterwards "You wouldn't want to make her angry".

Dinner was a highlight for sure. My home made venison burger with fried red pepper and mashed potato. The Blip is the bowl awaiting the boiled potatoes.

It was at this point I realised I'd put garlic in the burgers, a sliced clove was frying with the pepper, and garlic was going into the mashed potato too.
