That was a tough race! Unrelenting sun and seriously depleted spectators for the 2nd lap with a long, long last 6 miles along the Greenway. But I'll take that time in those conditions, especially as the winner only managed 2:41.

Spurred on by Louisa at the end who supplied me with a calippo whilst I got a massage. We had a chilled afternoon eating, drinking and visiting the Butterfly Farm...I think we might come back.
