Peaceful and calm in the historic old streets, where the wealthy white folks lived. So different from the real Mississippi state, whose history is all about cotton fields, sharecropping, grinding poverty, weekly escape through music, and mass exodus to the cities further north. The cotton fields are still there but you don't see anyone in them - all done by machines now. And the money is in oil coming up the river from the Gulf, not cotton.
