Days gone by

In 1977 my uncle ,Robert Verdun Comber East painted this work entitled "Riding out the Channel Gales off Dungeness".
His father was a veteran of WWI and as was common then, Uncle Bob was given the name of one of the memorable theatres of the war.He was born in 1916.
