Autumn Glory, My Garden

Was out in the garden today doing more cutting back and the beauty of the hydrangeas never ceases to amaze. At this time of year tucked in under the branches are still beautiful blooms like this. Albeit far from their summer colour but so amazing and vibrant.
Made a big pot of vege soup this morning and distributed some of it around the neighbourhood to some live alones. It has been such a grey bleak day it seemed just right for soup
