The Blackbird and the Berries

This particular blackbird loves our mahonia berries.........it's the only one I see eating them every year..........he even feeds them to his babies when they come along. Unfortunately, ripe mahonia berries look very similar to blueberries and I have to do battle with this bird every year to get fresh blueberries on my breakfast ;-))
